Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Requirements
- Minimum age: 20 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Valid passport or national ID
- Credit card for deposit
2. Rental Period
Rental periods are calculated on a 24-hour basis. Early returns are not eligible for refunds. Late returns may incur additional charges.
3. Deposit and Payment
- Deposit amount varies by car type and rental duration
- Deposits are held on your credit card and released after vehicle return
- Full payment is required at the time of rental
- Additional charges for damages, fines, or fuel will be deducted from deposit
4. Vehicle Use and Restrictions
- Vehicles must be used only for personal or business purposes
- Off-road driving is not permitted unless specifically authorized
- Vehicles cannot be used for racing, towing, or commercial transport
- Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles
- Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangement is made
5. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount. Fuel costs are the responsibility of the renter.
6. Insurance and Liability
- Comprehensive insurance is included in all rentals
- Renters are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance
- Personal belongings are not covered by our insurance
- Additional insurance options are available upon request
7. Traffic Fines and Violations
All traffic fines, parking violations, and toll charges incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter and will be deducted from the deposit.
8. Vehicle Maintenance and Breakdowns
- Renters must report any mechanical issues immediately
- 24/7 roadside assistance is provided
- Renters are not responsible for mechanical failures due to normal wear and tear
- Replacement vehicles will be provided when possible
9. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations
10. Return Conditions
- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received
- Interior must be clean and free of damage
- All personal belongings must be removed
- Fuel level must match the pickup level
